Sleeping up to 13 people this space has plenty of room for everyone! 2 king beds, 4 twins, 2 sofa beds, 1 crib & 1 rollaway (upon request. Count does not include crib). 3 bedrooms downstairs, 1 upstairs. Bathrooms are downstairs. Enjoy some fresh coffee at the overstocked coffee bar, grab a provided continental style breakfast, hot tea, hot chocolate, a soda, or go upstairs to chill on the bean bag chair with a book, play an arcade game, or watch tv on one of 4 tvs in the house!!! 75” tv in the completely redone fireplace will make your watch gathering a huge success! Living area complete with a nice live edge sofa table for extra seating. And that’s just the inside! Outside is the biggest additions of all! Under the covered pergola is even more seating overlooking the large turf space with three hole mini golf with glowing golf balls for a little added fun. Or look around the corner and find a swing set stout enough to handle the big kids! You’d be hard pressed to find anything like this in the area. On top of that, no cleaning to have a positive check out! The automatic cleaning fee covers everything that people hate about the check out process. The only thing I ask is to pick up trash and put in trash cans and if you spill, just be decent and clean up after yourselves. No need to strip beds, collect towels, do dishes or anything! This is your private “ hotel” and is now designed to be enjoyed that way!

Summary: This was a quaint place! Very comfortable. Not too huge not too small. Had everything you need. Only negative was landscaping but I’m picking when it comes to lawn and garden. Very Nice set up. Worked well for a small get together with family and friends. Different sections of house allowed for different family needs. Host allowed us to have a small gathering without extra fees which was super appreciative! Back yard had swing set and some yard games provided. Good communication with host!

Summary: Family came to town for a meeting and the nieces and nephews had plenty to play with. When our family business took longer and we needed another night it was easy and no problems. Everything was stocked so great.

Summary: First of all, our stay was so comfortable. So much to do with the family. My Grand kids had so much fun with all the toys and reading materials for them. For adults it was just relaxing. With a little mini golf in the back yard and access to the grill. It has so many rooms and a lot of places to sleep for a big family. Love this place and would return with the family. Thank you for a great stay

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. Tina was very attentive to our needs & no matter what time of day I messaged her I "Always" got an immediate reply. There were some issues that she wasn't aware of so the only suggestion I have is make sure housekeeping/maintenance are being more thorough... The grandcywere very please & aside for the few issues there our stay was Fantabulous. Thanks Tina for being Awesome host.

Summary: This property is absolutely perfect for accommodating 2 families with plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. Plus our family from the area was able to come over and all the cousins had plenty of cool things and space to play! It really took the pressure off, from one house trying to host all the meals. Plus the continental breakfast and snacks were very appreciated for the in betweens!
